Drysol - Google
Subject: Drysol - Google

I believe you've got the right spelling. Google - Drysol (brand name for aluminum chloride hexahydrate) is a prescription medication commonly prescribed for excessive sweating.

However, it says down further that it shouldn't be used on open wounds.  (??)

Another link clears it up pretty well.  Drysol is correct - http://books.google.com/books?id=ZCjmKLFqkUUC&pg=PA315&lpg=PA315&dq=drysol+wounds&source=bl&ots=bZGrNuC_NW&sig=0Av2VKSMzN_m9uYo1jaQG4Cb3z0&hl=en&ei=l1O8Sf2KEoGEsQPDvrFI&sa=X&oi=book_result&resnum=4&ct=result

Subject: s/l Drysol was applied to wound beds

This doctor says what sounds like --Drysol-- was applied to wound beds with good hemostasis present.
