Full-time positions
Full-time positions require 40 hours per week and a minimum of 12,000 lines per pay period. OSi offers a wide variety of benefits to full-time employees including

Part-time positions require a minimum of 20 hours per week and a minimum of 6,000 lines per pay period. Benefits include

We consider applicants who have experience in one or more of these areas:
• Acute Care (Must have two or more years of recent work experience transcribing inpatient history and physicals, operative reports, consultations and discharge summaries.)
• Multispecialty Clinic (Must have two or more years of recent work experience transcribing multispecialty clinic reports. Experience in a minimum of three specialties is required.)
• Emergency Room (Requires two or more years of recent work experience transcribing emergency room reports.)
• Radiology (Must have two or more years of recent work experience transcribing diagnostic imaging reports such as x-rays, MRIs, CT scans, nuclear medicine and mammography.
OSi encourages professional development as well as involvement with professional associations. OSi offers opportunities for increasing production and skills through ongoing training and communication with MTs through e-mail, feedback on completed reports, and training conference calls. Other training avenues in the development stage include employee training to provide AAMT certification credits and specialty dictation modules. To promote and facilitate entry into the medical transcription field, OSi offers a mentoring program for entry level MTs.
OSi is a corporate member of AAMT and promotes AAMT membership and CMT credentialing by offering a CMT sign-on bonus for new hires, partial reimbursement for the CMT Certification examination and reimbursement of AAMT dues for full-time CMTs.
