has something to do with right upper quadrant ultrasound and add in a _____ scan. It sounds like hiatus but I think it is high res. Can you help?

CT SCAN cannt figure out part of scan Pls see message
Reveals abnormal hypermetabolism in the lymph nodes in the neck, more right than left including ?factitious learning of the thyroid?, in the anterior mediastinum as well large expansile right rib lesion. Bone scan reveals uptake in the right lateral 7th and 8th ribs.
For one and for all, is it high power field or high powered field?? Also the hypen thing...

Sputum grew out many gram-positive cocci, few gram-positive rods, and moderate WBCs were noted. He had a few epithelial cells, and he also had a few yeast with ______ present. The latter was likely not pathogenic.
