The atrial lead was tested and showed a pacing threshold of 0.4 volts at a current of 1.0 milliamps with an impedance of 507 ohms. P-wave sensing was 7.0 millivolts. This lead was not changed. Both leads were then reconnected to the Medtronic DDDR pacemaker model Kappa DR 803. The pacemaker was repositioned in the subcutaneous pocket. The Zoll was turned off. The pacemaker demonstrated good sensing and capture.
