I want to put in here electrocautery of bleeders, but it just does not sound like what is being said.

Spine surgery.  I know of Tisseel, and this is also used for hemostasis, it sounds like "Floseel" or maybe Floseal.  Has anybody heard of it.

A site I've found so helpful for drug searches is rxlist.com.  You can also do 'sound alike' searches on there.  It doesn't always find a match, but has helped me out more times than not.
