dictator seems to say, literally, "His ANA was borderline positive at minus 240."
I can't begin to make sense of this. First off, things like 1:40, 1:20, 1:80 seem to be logical values to me. What's with the "2", and the "minus"? Am I missing something or just really stupid and inept?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
