I got the Argon plasma coagulation - but he says (ESL-Indian) s/l pysmia which doesn't match up.

Rou-en-Y = gastric bypass surgery....

There is also the LAP-BAND (adjustable gastric band) which is the other gastric bypass surgery but the one with the least risks versus the Roux-en-Y.
