The C-arm was brought in and an attempt of a closed reduction was performed <s/l pulling> tension on the arm as well as <s/l varus> stressing and then digital pressure.

I can't tell if the doctor is saying "zygomatic maxillary fracture", "zygomatica maxillary fracture", or "zygomatic or maxillary fracture". He is flipping through papers and it gets a bit muffeled. Should it just be zygomatic maxillary fracture?
