corticotomy is a.k.a. percutaneous osteotomy so you may have the right word in there.
Parsons window -- thanks!
Subject: Parsons window -- thanks!

The uncinate process was removed anteriorly.  A Parsons window was created.  The microdebrider was then used to remove the uncinate process extending superiorly to expose the agger nasi cell and inferiorly to expose a very congested maxillary ostium.  Soft tissue edema was debrided from the area.

I'll go with Parsons window, after the ENT surgeon.  Thanks all!

Can't find it, but it is pretty clear.  Can anybody document this or tell me what it should be?

Subject: s/l Allen Masterson window

I'm transcribing a TAHBSO, and the doctor says there is a small s/l Allen Masterson window noted in the posterior cul-de-sac.

Could be Ellen instead of Allen or Alan or Allan.  I've googled them all and can't seem to document this.
