Patient has a vaginal vault prolapse, and dr says on the POPQ scoring the measurements were +3 and +15 for anterior and posterior with point C at +15.
This is exactly what she says. Do I have it typed correctly? I was specifically questioning the "point C" part.
TIA

Dr says that vaginal wall was tender and atrophic despite s/l good brugation.
At first I thought she was saying lubrication, but I very clearly hear the "g" sound at the beginning.

"The patient is a pleasant, elderly woman." Is there a comma between pleasant and elderly or not? Suddenly commas are so foreboding to me! What happened? Somebody help me get my sense back!
