Keep getting this doctor. Vertical intraumbilical incsion.
Subject: Keep getting this doctor. Vertical intraumbilical incsion.
I got this doctor last week and was confused and pended the note. Now I'm getting him again and he is still saying the same thing. Is there any such a thing as intraumbilical? I know there is infraumbilical, but I can clearly make out intra and intra is used in the other reports that I pull up from this physician.

Doctor spells it as "Zlopapine" ;o) I have looked at generic ambien, zolpidem and do not think an insomnia drug would work. I have had this drug come up in a couple different reports as well and it's driving me crazy that I can't find it. I have tried Z and X beginnings. Thanks for any help!

Pt with vertigo with s/l "a lith a tory" or with orthostatic changes. sm
Subject: Pt with vertigo with s/l "a lith a tory" or with orthostatic changes. sm
He states that he has lightheaded sensation and vertigo on change of position of the head, whether it is __ or with orthostatic positional changes. (Later in dictation, doc says "His dizziness is associated with head position. However, it is both with head turning side to side, as well as orthostasis.", so the word seems to be related to the turning head maybe??)
