Inflammatory scars are deeper and typically associated with an abnormal underlying calyx. Renal infarcts are generally random in distribution and cause a broad flat depression in the renal outline. ...patient taken back to the operating room, at which time they hooked up the fetal scapley to the monitor and noticed it was at 120s, but then continued to decelerate.....
This is a c-section for a baby with deceleration bradycardia and arrest of descent.
