dr gives no other info as to where this fracture is.

I have been stuck on this for so long. The Dr is saying There is extensive adenopathy involving the retroperitoneum, gastrohepatic ligament, peripancreatic region, and polykegel region. I have no idea what he is saying. Does anyone have any ideas?
