The doc spells it out FACETAL in the operative report - relating to facet. Is this a word?

Does it sound like that? It's pronounced Bur-teen.
Would the doc be saying like tail of Bertin or something along those lines? I've found in several places under renal column of Bertin. Hope that's a start anyway.
