Subject: electrocautery ?
Doing an OR, which is not my expertise. The doctor is saying something that sounds like hemostasis was secured by electrocautery and s/l rithers??
Also he is saying something like sterile dressing applied in s/l indusive manner?
Can anyone help?

It means the bleeding was stopped with an electrocautery device. Not sure about the "rithers."
The next answer is "occlusive" or in a covering manner. Good luck!
