I cannot make out the last word of this sentence. The doctor has an accent and there is a lot of noise in the background. CSF showed a cryptococcal type of cough, 1:512. It sounds like he says cough but that does not make sense. Thanks.

Some carotid artery calcifications in the left carotid area are apparent. Degenerative changes in the thoracic spine and lumbar spine. It doesn't look right typing HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS, PHYSICAL EXAMINATION twice throughout the report.

The patient is going to try a multiple sclerosis IV therapy. The doctor is talking way too fast for me to really guess on a sounds like but the best I can come up with is tes-a-fab-ray. I don't have much more information than that. Steroids are failing as a therapy so this appears to be the next step. TIA for any suggestions!
