The inferior turbinates were injected with 0.5% Xylocaine and 1:200,000 adrenaline and after vasoconstriction had occurred submucous resection was done with the arthrocare coablator through an anterior incision.

well, who should care? The MT him or herself. This can be a crutch IMO. And, no, my opinion doesn't amount to a pile o' beans in the grand scheme of things. Maybe my post should have been more helpful, than critical, and should have asked posters if they know how to search. I've gotten really good at it and can find just about anything really. For instance, someone just recently posted ligament of Treitz question. All I did was google, ligament of *. Bingo!
