I don't think you would get slammed for helping, but I have seen people on these boards get slammed for less. Like the other poster said, you can usually see a pattern with these types of posts. A lot of times people will ask for more context in order to help them find an answer...and the original poster never returns to answer. Also, like the other poster said, they rarely say 'thank you'. Most of us are pretty good about saying thank you when someone gives us advice or help on here. Asking three or four questions in a row is sometimes an indicator as well, especially when the three or four posts made are for the same exact question.
Welcome to the boards, and just remember to try not to take things too personally. There will be people at times who will say nasty things just to try to start something or to try to hurt your feelings. Take it with a grain of salt if this happens.

It was thought the abscess may have come from the sigmoid diverticulitis. A drain was placed and has since been removed. The procedure itself was done back in December by Dr. Heywood and a follow-up CAT scan on 02/03/2009 shows a small amount of extraluminal air in the pericolic area, a s/l flegunious diverticulitis, no abscess, and a little bit of free air under the diaphragm.

they put in tissue expanders before actually doing the tissue expansion in which patients return for fills to the expanders until they are at a proper volume, usually at which point the expanders get changed out for permanent implants (gel or saline).
