Subject: dissection of the s/l tail of durodas...
This is a pyeloplasty. MD says, identified the kidney and then after some dissection of the s/l tail of durodas, we were able to identify the ureter. Any idea?

Help with groin node dissection terms
Subject: Help with groin node dissection terms
I have never done an op note and have certainly never done a groin node dissection! There are no sample reports available. I have done this doctor before in his clinical setting and he is one of my favorites, but no op notes - the problem is a very poor quality recording - and in an area that I do not have experience!! HELP!! Each line is a separate issue. Some I just need some verifcation that I did it right.
