This is a liver transplant and its very clear. I just cant get a spelling on it enough for google to grab it. any ideas?

Yes. Grand Rounds are usually open to all the hospital departments, as opposed to Ortho Rounds, OB/Gyn Rounds, etc. I used to attend them when I had time, so I guess they let anyone in with a name tag. ha ha. Learned a lot that helped me in transcribing.
