Fundi with sharp discs bilaterally front of two full visual fieldsGRINER? 3,4,6 SDRIVES and lobins? are in tact. No nistagmis. Pupils are equal reaction to light. The patient walks to the right occasionally. She has trouble getting started because of discomfort.
All I can think of is cranial nerves 2 through 12 intact.
