He had his pacemaker checked No chest pain or shortness of breath. No ferred syncope.
The doctor does stumble on this. Is there such a thing as referred syncope?
Pacemaker syncope
Subject: Pacemaker syncope
Pacemaker syncope due to "a runaway pacemaker firing" could be referred to as a "referred syncope."
Also...a pacemaker when inserted to treat syncope, fails to function, then the patient would have "recurrent syncope" due to pacemaker failure.

Neuro depressor syncope is right I think
Subject: Neuro depressor syncope is right I think
Per http://medicineworld.org/medicine/neurology/syncope.html it says that it is Neurogenic vasodepressor syncope, and I think that neuro depressor syncope may just be shortening the full term.
Also, the doctor then used the term vaso depressor syncope later on in the letter, which suggests to me that they might be both shortened versions of the same term.
