still need help with evulsion/avulsion
Subject: still need help with evulsion/avulsion
I know the actual definitions... But there is such a subtle difference between forcibly extracting and ripping away that I can't seem to get it through my head. In this last report the man had his skin on his hand removed in an accident.... I went with a skin avulsion.... But I keep second-guessing.

2 sentences? would it be left ulna fracture or left ulnar fracture? At this time, I think she is doing very well with the healing of her left ulna fracture. I would recommend continuing on protected usage, but she can discontinue the splint.
Also for this sentence too....X-rays show the proximal third of the ulna fracture in good position with good callus formation. tia.
