The final pathology report is consistent with the final diagnoses of uterine smooth muscle tumor with atypia, pending outside consultation, and secretory pattern endometrium; with chromopertubation, hemorrhagic corpus luteum, unremarkable fallopian tubes, unremarkable cervix.
