Sony BM 820. Kind of pricy but really really the best. I used to type 7 days a week on this baby. Still have it.
Another cheaper one is Pearlcorder T100. It is okay but I tended to jerk the light little thing around on my desk. Also the ERASE button is right next to the other ones, so I used to tape a bottle cap over it so as not to reach over and ruin myself!!!!!
