The patient has a <s/l "eye on"> arthritic knee that has been causing him a lot of pain with walking.
Can't find anything like this, but it sounds like that's what the doctor's saying. I tried "ion" too, but didn't come up with anything from that either.

Speech and motor were normal, although his gait, he has an "____" gait, although he has no stiffness or dystonia or other movement disorders when sitting and speaking with us or on exam when sitting.
