Some carotid artery calcifications in the left carotid area are apparent. Degenerative changes in the thoracic spine and lumbar spine. There is disk space narrowing involving the L2-L3, L3-L4, L4-L5, L5-S1 levels. I do not appreciate any obvious s/l levique changes in the cervical, thoracic or lumbar spine.

I don't hear an L sound - widely would have been my best guess, but it really doesn't sound like it. His inflection makes it sound like a two-part adjective, like topsy-turvy. He says "Vulva: Diffuse whitey-warty lesion on the left side...." I can't verify anything like that. I don't usually have to blank or flag this guy's reports - this might be the first!
