Somebody had to have told the program to do that, so it makes one think that is what the client has requested, so I hate to tell somebody the old rules that I follow when it could get them in trouble with their QA person.

Hard 25 of Solu-Medrol
Subject: Hard 25 of Solu-Medrol
Hi, everyone.
I'm transcribing a report in which the doc says "Patient had a hard 25 of Solu-Medrol." At least I think that's what she said. Has anyone heard of this construction used before? I have no background info on this since it's an addendum to a report dictated earlier.
Sorry I don't have more info.
Thanks.
