I recommend he consider coronary s/l t-otomy but he declines at this time.
Past medical history: CRF, atypical chest pain, dyspnea
I have check eneel and onelook and nothing sounds right. It is definitly not endarterectomy or atherectomy but does have an "my" sound at the end
