I've checked my BOS and googled, but I'm still not sure of the proper way to transcribe this.
This is a patient with a history of stage III colon cancer, s/l Tc N1 with 2 out of 8 positive mesenteric lymph nodes.
Do I have the Tc N1 part correct?

I am assuming she is actually saying postural? but I just thought I would see if anyone knows of a word that sounds like hosteral or has some feedback/thoughts on this one.
