I had a doc who used "chandelier sign" - He said it meant when he palpated this, the patient jumped for the chandelier. This was an orthopedist, but probably works for every specialty at some point.

PEC Table
Subject: PEC Table
"T" needs to be capitalized, sorry.
Not PEC Table
Subject: Not PEC Table
The a-b-l-e was clear and I understood what the physician meant in the context of what he was talking about....just not sure how to type it. He meant that he was not able to PEC the patient but he didn't say it that way and since this is verbatim account I was trying to figure out how to correctly type what he said. PEC is an abbreviated psych term used in patients that are emergently committed. I'm not sure exactly what the abbreviation stands for but I think it is Physician's Emergency Certificate. I wound up putting PEC-able. Will be interesting to see any followup on this one if I get any.

Subject: Big Chick table
In Stedman's Equip Words, under table, I do see Chick tables, including CLT operating table, Chick-Langren table, and Chick surgical table. I suspect but can't prove that "big Chick" would be a slang term, but I have worked in the OR, and it sounds like operating room slang to me.

Subject: Had to make a table to figure it out.
It's correct.
P2. She had 2 pregnancies resulting in live births.
G11 (2-0-8-2).
11 pregnancies including current one.
2 live births
0 preterm births
8 abortion/miscarriage
2 living children
The first and last 2 in (2-0-8-2) are the same children, plus 8 miscarriages/AB equal 10 pregnancies. If patient is currently pregnant that makes 11 pregnancies, thus G11.
