30 mm gradient across an aortic valve which the opening was provisualized.

Is this the correct spelling for provisualized or do you think he may have stumbeled and meant visualized?

Thank you

Deborah

When the doctor says PR interval, how do you know if it should be P-R or PR , same with H-V or HV, A-N or AN, P-A or PA, Q-S2 or QS2, RR or R-R', V-A or VA.  All of these are listed under interval in my old cardiology book, but how do we know which ones we're supposed to use?  TIA?
