sounds like the Dr. is under a new heading...sounds like "PARLAY: p s1-s2 somewhat irregular. I know PAR is an acronym for pulmonic arteriolar resistance. I'm pretty sure she is not saying heart. Could be PAR: the p s1-s2, etc. Has anyone come across this at all, I'd be greatly appreciative!

When the doctor says PR interval, how do you know if it should be P-R or PR , same with H-V or HV, A-N or AN, P-A or PA, Q-S2 or QS2, RR or R-R', V-A or VA. All of these are listed under interval in my old cardiology book, but how do we know which ones we're supposed to use? TIA?
