A surgeon that I never usually have a problem with unless he tries to make up his words but this threw me,  removal of a cyst and there may be healing problems due to the "CAPACIES -- CAPASEAS s/l" at the base of the wound.  Could not find under capsulitis,  wonder if he means capillaries?   Any help is appreciated.
