MEDICATIONS: Trazodone, Rispiridol, (what sounds like "Vandryl ") and over-the-counter medications including Colace, Tylenol and Centrum Silver.
I only need help with the medication which sounds like Vandryl. I have spent too many minutes Googling.

Two questions on lung cancer patient report
Subject: Two questions on lung cancer patient report
My questions are in two sentences one after the other. Sometimes he says period but then really continues on with the same sentence, so I'm not sure if the first sentence is really a complete sentence or not, so the sentence before basically said a PET scan revealed an increase in the size of the hypermetabolic subcarinal lymph node, consistent with subcarinal metastases.
1. "Stable [s/l lock laid right] pleural fluid thickening, but the associated hypermetabolism has resolved." This could maybe be "stable likely right pleural," but I'm not sure if that makes sense and I think I'm hearing a "d" at the end.
2. "There was a small right level 2 node that has become [s/l non rye valk] consistent with an evolving inflammatory process."
