cancellous crouton chips???
I am new here to this site and just graduated from an MT school. I am trying to figure out what this Dr is saying. I think he is saying cancellous crouton chips but I can't find this anywhere. It is pretty clear but I am unsure of the crouton thing. Can anyone help???

It is an operative report and the Dr says " The void was then packed with cancellous crouton chips and cancellous crouton bone graft chips and then..."
