almost sounds like calm positioning. This is right before anesthesia and repositioning. Does that make sense to anyone?

Hx of Parkinson disease, mild depression, multiple-systems atrophy, and is 96 years old.
As above, in physical exam he dictates:
The patient is calm with "vaticanesia." (Alternately, he might be saying "batik anesia.") Alert, cooperative, in no acute distress.
I tried One-Look, but I didn't get anything helpful.

MT only said patient has sinus problems . .no more than that . . doc probably did an ear exam and found cerumen, but MT did not specify . . IF it is cerumen it COULD be unrelated to the sinus problem, and I certainly did not mean the cerumen was in the nose ! I have gone through the endoscopic procedures in the sinuses as I have many times with removal of earwax impactions, my flareups do occur hand-in-hand . . sorry you all feel so hostile about it . . you all certainly don't need my help.
