Subject: s/l Bullous platic lyca - sm

I see that back in January ERMT had questioned this also.  At that time, the only followups were guesses.

The only part he spells is the Lyca part.  ERMT was questioning bullous platus lyca.  This doc pronounced it "bullous platic lyca" in the last three notes on this patient.  Now today he's saying what s/l "bullous lattice plica", which almost makes a little sense, but I still can't find anything like it.  I know it's a dermatologic condition.  The patient has ulcers on the abdomen and legs, and therefore I'm sure it's not lichen planus.  Anybody?

CT reveals a spiculated lobulater right upper lobe pulmonary nodule.  There is no significant adenopathy noted.  Significant emphysematous change with bi-apical _____ bullous seen.  S/l globes or gloves but doc is soft spoken so cannot hear clearly.
