He smiles much of the time; he is cooperative. ______ status revealed that he knew that George Bush was the current president and that Bill Clinton preceded him. He denies hearing any voices. He denies any other significant psychiatric problems. He did not show any unusual or bizarre behaviors or manorisms. He is not currently on any medication.
