the first blank below sounds like potentials maybe but not certain.


the other blanks below are a series of letters i believe but doc is rattling too fast for me to catch them clearly but it is something like addhl or bbhl


Today's results indicated hearing within normal limits fro 250-8000 Hz in the left ear and a mild to moderate conductive hearing loss for 250-8000 Hz in the right ear. Speech perception ________ were obtained at 40 ________ on the right ear and 15 ________ on the left ear. Word recognition scores were obtained at 100% using a presentation level of 80 ________ in the right ear and 55 ________ in the left ear. Please note that the nontest ear was mastering speech audiometry testing.
