Patient with multiple small joint pain.
Diffuse tenderness through the posterior cervical strap muscles and across the upper trapezial borders bilaterally. No restriction on range of motion. No _____ tenderness. Thyroid not palpable. No bruits.
It sounds like atrial or or maybe a little bit like achy.
