This is a dictation from an RN who is a bit unclear- it sounds like she is saying that they are adjusting the depiven or depizem dose for a patient with atrial fibrillation but I cannot think of a medication that sounds like that- any ideas?

She has a history of cerebellar infarct, (s/l might have been the embolic) and she has been on a combination of Coumadin and Plavix
