Hello. I'm a first timer here. I am really stuck! Is a knee arthroplasty surgery. The dication is as follows: "The (s/l bundle or fundal) canal was plugged with cancellous autograft bone. Is there a bundle canal?

EKG obtained shows atrial fibrillation, left bundle branch block, occasional pace response.

and then says CROIMI (spells out). I'm thinking IMI might be inferior myocardial infarction, but no mention of this prior although does have CAD and is status post CABG. Don't know what CRO would be, though. Any suggestions?
