there is a Roger Mann Award from the American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society, but I see nothing about a Roger Mann dressing. There is a Robert Jones dressing however. Sorry could not be more help.

I am not sure if this looks right but this the sentence that sounds like it is being said. I am wondering if "pub" is short for pubic?? Thanks for the ortho help, as I am at a loss in this area.
Osteopathic manipulative treatments were performed using muscle energy, Jones strain/counter strain, 7 stages of Spencer, leg tug technique, and a pub technique.

Physical Exam: There is an abrasion over the left anterior tibia. Left foot has normal dorsalis pedis and tibialis posterior pulses. The sensation is intact. *Capillary refill is less than 2 seconds.* Am I hearing this correctly?
Then he says: X-rays of the left femur and left *tib fib* are negative. Is it OK to say tib fib?

Homan=most commonly a "sign" (calf pain with foot dorsiflexion. Hohmann=orthopedic retractor. Also Holman=lung retractor. I think Google is confusing because Homan is used incorrectly when Hohmann is correct spelling for ortho procedures; I don't think you'll find "Homan retractor" in any surgical instruments catalog, but there are LOTS of catalogs selling Hohmann retractors. My Stedman's only lists Hohmann (but I have an old 2nd ed.)...jmho
