Please help, I'm not sure if I'm hearing this correctly (bold and italics) .....the procedure is debridement of the right arm.
Prior to the dressing, the arm was irrigated with a pulsatile lavage assistance with 3 L of lactated Ringer’s.

pulse lavage is fine
Technically it's pulsatile lavage, but pulse lavage is standard slang used all the time.
