Patient has degenerative disk disease, spondylotic ridging, and foraminal narrowing at same level.  Very cleary says "bullable" but sounds like he is reading that from another report.  Anyone want to take a guess at what he means or what he is saying.

usually mentioned in physical exam of HEENT or eyes, you want to have a negative finding, unless you are Rodney Dangerfield!
