s/l senolavillous adenoma?
Subject: s/l senolavillous adenoma?

I'm really stuck on this one.  The doctor is talking about the resection of lesions from the colon for a patient with colon cancer.  I'll give the previous sentence just for some context.  "It was noted that the tip of the tissue fragments is a minimally villous but essentially flat area of severe atypia of the epithelium.  Cytologic features [reveal a] [senola???] villous adenoma."

I'm not 100% sure about the reveal part, but I think so.  It actually sounds like reveals but that's not gramatically correct.  It's so fast and blurred together it's hard to guess the part before villous.  The closest I can come is senola or maybe phenola.  I don't know how close I am.  Are there any words that compound with villous?   I found tubovillous and tubulovillous, but those don't fit.  I guess it could also be a word describing the villous adenoma.  Maybe "scene of a villous adenoma" but that sounds like a strange thing to say.  Thanks for any ideas!

Tubulo adenoma sm

The doc dictates 'tubulo adenoma' clearly more than once.  Should I type as dictated, or is tubulo slang for tubulovillous.  I can't find 'tubulo adenoma' or 'tubuloadenoma' in my medical dictionary, only the 'tubulovillous adenoma'.

Thanks in advance!
