This Dr. is dictating about someone's knee and it just threw me trying to figure out if there was one joint line or more in a knee!

Those are the closest words to what he says (even though I clearly hear a 'T' sound), but I have no idea if those would go with a diganosis of cryptococcal meningitis. It really sounds like he is saying de-ser-ti-a, but he is ESL.

Title of procedure: A 24-hour pH probe study.
