Context is description of an infected abdominal wound - skin surrounding it is s/l LTNO and there is no celllulitis.
any ideas?

He is saying: Atherosclerotic s/l ORIGINS of the celiac axis superior mesenteric artery. (blah blah about renal arteries, then next sentence) Atherosclerotic s/l ORIGIN of the right main renal artery and may be a stenosis involving the proximal left main renal artery.
In the impression, he again mentions "atherosclerotic ORIGINS." I cannot correlate. Any clue? I've never heard this before.
