Reveals abnormal hypermetabolism in the lymph nodes in the neck, more right than left including ?factitious learning of the thyroid?, in the anterior mediastinum as well large expansile right rib lesion. Bone scan reveals uptake in the right lateral 7^th and 8^th ribs.
